E-Government also known as e-gov, digital government, online government, or connected government is digital interactions between a government and citizens (G2C), government and businesses/Commerce (G2B), government and employees (G2E), and also between government and governments /agencies (G2G).
Essentially, the e-Government delivery models can be briefly summed as: G2C (Government to Citizens)G2B (Government to Businesses)G2E (Government to Employees)G2G (Government to Governments)C2G (Citizens to Governments).

Electronic Government essentially refers to 'The utilization of IT, ICTs, and other web-based telecommunication technologies to improve and/or enhance on the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery in the public sector.

E-government describes the use of technologies to facilitate the operation of government and the disbursement of government information and services.
E-government, deals heavily with Internet and non-internet applications to aid in governments' ability to interact and deliver services to its citizens.
Effective implementation of eGovernance initiatives can transform the way services are delivered to its citizens, helping national and state governments to align their services effectively with the changing needs of both citizens and stakeholders, as well as develop the economy.

2011 Census of India 

(Pune and Mumbai)

The 2011 Census of India or the 15th Indian Census was conducted in two phases, house listing and population enumeration. The House listing phase began on 1 April 2010 and involved the collection of information about all buildings. Information for National Population Register (NPR) was also collected in the first phase, which will be used to issue a 12-digit unique identification number to all registered Indian residents by Unique Identification Authority of India. The second population enumeration phase was conducted between 9 and 28 February 2011.
